Here's an easy recipe for a fabulous Christmas cookie.
The smell is just heavenly...close your eyes and breathe in warm and cozy.

Pecan Snowballs

1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp water
2 cups chopped pecans
small pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls in your hands. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
